Become a Volunteer!

As with many nonprofits, AGUILAS relies on the strength and commitment of its volunteers to move the organization forward. We help our members navigate the physical, emotional and social challenges faced by the Bay Area’s Latinx population by minimizing the impact of HIV/STIs on the community and by providing vital mental health support through 1-on-1 and group services.

How To Get Started In Three Easy Steps:

1. Identify which opportunity(ies) fit your interests

2. Request an application by contacting

3. Participate in a virtual, 60-minute new volunteer orientation
